 Location: - Walnut Creek, CA

 Job Description: 
 Roles and Responsibilities 
 €€€ Gather detailed client requirements through facilitation of workshops, 
 document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, task and 
 workflow 
 analysis. 
 €€€ Develop clear and concise Business Requirements, Use Cases and 
 Functional 
 Specification documents. 
 €€€ Document current and - to-be- business processes, and provide input into 
 developing solutions. 
 €€€ Create and refine preliminary design / mockup of new functionality and 
 develop flow charts, functional diagrams and descriptions to communicate 
 application design specifications for projects as required. 
 €€€ Work with the technical team and internal and external stakeholders to 
 understand, gather information and synthesize findings into busi 
 ess/functional requirements and design documents. 
 €€€ Execute testing during development and deployment phases to ensure 
 configurations, integrations, migrated data, etc., fulfill documented 
 requirements and the solution is functioning as per client expectations. 
 €€€ Client communication and interaction 
 €€€ Engage with customers and delivery teams to assist them through 
 requirements 
 €€€ Demonstration of new functionality and seeking inputs on future 
 direction 
 of solution (Understand client requirements) 
 €€€ Create & review User Manuals 
 €€€ Production of User Acceptance Documents and Checklists in support of 
 Alpha 
 & Beta programs 
 Required Skills: 
 €€€ Min. 5+ years of Business analyst Experience in delivering solutions to 
 Healthcare Provide and Payer customers and deep knowledge of Healthcare 
 Industry 
 €€€ Should have played Product owner role for Healthcare product or program 
 €€€ Decent exposure to Healthcare Domain and workflows in EMR/EHR, HIS, LIS, 
 HIE etc. 
 €€€ Exposure to Healthcare Interoperability and integration 
 €€€ Experience in Patient access care and Journey , Patient outreach, 
 Population Health Management, Claims Management,  Healthcare member 
 services, 
 €€€EHR Integrations 
 €€€ Must be well verse with Medical Imaging, DICOM, HL7 
 Desired Skills 
 €€€ At least one healthcare certification in provider domain 
 €€€ Good exposure to US healthcare regulations 
 €€€ Basic knowledge of Databases 
 €€€ Should be well verse with Advanced excel and PowerPoint 
 Other Skills 
 €€€ Strong can-do attitude with ability to work independently 
 €€€ Passion for solving challenging analytical problems 
 €€€ Ability to quickly, qualitatively and quantitatively assess a problem
