 Name : QA Tester

 MUST HAVE Experience and Skills: 
 *         Strong Functional knowledge of Oracle Application R12 Quote-to- 
 Cash 
 flow, especially Quoting 
 *         Strong Knowledge of Oracle SQL 
 *         Need solid understanding of Quality Assurance and testing best 
 practices and methodologies especially in Oracle Applications 
 *         More than 6 years of testing experience preparing and executing 
 functional and regressing testing, utilizing a Waterfall development 
 methodology with Oracle Applications as specialization 
 *         Meet aggressive delivery timelines, coordinate well with remote 
 teams, have the flexibility of working the time differences, and proactively 
 solve problems 
 *         Communicate fluently and effectively with all level of business 
 users, technical teams, and management across the organization 
 *         Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with 
 staff 
 at all levels of the organization, including internal and cross-departmental 
 teams, consistently displaying a high level of professionalism 
 *         Willingness to work non-standard hours (ie: periodic evenings to 
 work with off-shore teams) and occasional weekends 
 *         Ability to work independently 
 *         Knowledge and experience of Automation testing is an added 
 advantage
