 Our client located in Stamford, CT is looking for a hands-on OEM 
 Engineering Manager to be responsible for architecting, developing and 
 managing a 3-4 person development team. Approximately 70% of the 
 duties will involve performing direct development activities such as 
 design, coding, configuration management and reviewing work products. 
 This will be in Program Trading rebuilding existing Order Executiob 
 System to be next-generation engine for US Equities Program Trading. 
  
 In addition to having 3 years of project management experience, you 
 are required to have a minimum of 5 years of C++ experience, OOA and 
 OOD, utilizing OO analysis techniques via patterns in actual 
 development efforts. You must be fluent in sequence, collaboration and 
 deployment diagrams in UML notation. You are also required to have 5+ 
 years of extensive development expertise in high-performance, 
 multi-threaded programming and 5+ years experience with interprocess 
 communications using sockets, Tibco RV or similiar technologies. It is 
 MANDATORY that you have direct experience developing OESs for a 
 Program Trading desk. Other mandatory requirements are: systems 
 architecture, Unix and/or Linux, RDBMS, and performance persistence

 The salary can go to $250,000 plus excellent benefits. They will only
