 systems integration and software engineering, infrastructure services, and

 corporate and operational systems and fulfill all infrastructure needs. 
  
 This Assignment: 
  
 Our client 's expertise in developing customized IT solutions has helped 
 energy clients in the Oil & Gas sector attain goals of efficiency, growth 
 and profit. Our work in the Oil & Gas sector spans all aspects of the 
 business, from exploration to refining to retail, and focuses on the systems 
 and information required to manage these functions safely and efficiently. 
  
 Overall Description: 
  
 An Account Executive works as part of the business unit's sales and account 
 management team taking overall our client's leadership for serving and 
 growing accounts. The account executive will be the focal point for all 
 activity related to the account(s) from both our client's and client 
 perspective. The account executive will have ultimate responsibility for all 
 aspects of our business relationship with the account(s). 
  
 Scope/Accountability: Responsible for account(s). Works with other business 
 units to satisfy customer requirements and develop opportunities. 
  
   a.. Maintain sales opportunities in Changepoint funnel on a timely basis 
   b.. Build and develop our client's business relationship with the senior 
 leadership of assigned account 
   c.. Obtain broad understanding of key client initiatives and associate 
 budgets 
   d.. Develop and deliver key value-add service objectives to the prime 
 client contact to provide awareness of our client's capabilities beyond the 
 scope of existing agreements. 
   e.. Develop and lead an account team from across our client's locations to 
 satisfy all of the client's IT requirements 
   f.. Develop and update quarterly, an account plan including revenue and 
 customer satisfaction objectives 
   g.. Work closely with other sales teams in the region (our client's and 
 their Partners) to coordinate activities and resolve service issues 
   h.. Lead the development and achievement of customer satisfaction 
 objectives 
   i.. Monitor accounts receivables to ensure timely payment of invoices 
   j.. Own the sales process for client-specific opportunities, from 
 qualification through to contracting 
   k.. Work closely with Marketing and Business Development to leverage 
 marketing capabilities 
   l.. Prepare regular revenue and sales activity reports and forecasts, one 
 time report requests 
   m.. Utilize sales training methodology (our client's methodology) 
   n.. Achieve assigned sales quota 
   o.. Keep abreast of new market areas and directions 
   p.. Mentor/coach junior staff 
   q.. Prepare and deliver presentation/demos to clients 
   r.. Work closely with teams in Project Delivery to assist in the 
 preparation of propos 
   a.. Information technology, sales, general business experience 
 Experience/Education Required: 
  
   a.. Degree in Business, Commerce or Computer Science or equivalent 
 experience 
   b.. 6 Years of sales experience in IT and/or Telecommunications 
   c.. Sales certification is an asset
