You will serve as the 2nd tier of technical support for elevated calls, as well as handle 1st tier customer service, as necessary. Additional duties will include being the primary point of contact for desktop support issues, install/troubleshoot all hardware and software for admin users, install/troubleshoot all hand held devices, etc. Client OS is a mix of Windows XP, Windows 2000 and MAC. There are numerous proprietary applications and significant remote connectivity through VPN. You are required to have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Desktop Support Specialist with 2 years software AND hardware support, strong Windows 2000, Windows XP and Mac System 10 and Mac OS. Also you should have experience with hardware/software rollouts and deployments, troubleshooting workstation connectivity problems, network troubleshooting, MS Office Suite. A Bachelors Degree would be a big plus. The salary can go to $55,000 plus excellent benefits. They will only consider LOCAL candidates and THEY WILL NOT SPONSOR for this position.
