 Our client located in Midtown Manhattan is looking for a SQL 
 Server/Sybase DBA to be responsible for database administration and 
 design, data modeling, backups, recoveries, in going support and 
 maintenance of SQL Server and Sybase databases. 
  
 You are required to have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Database 
 Administrator with both SQL Server AND Sybase. Also mandatory is a 
 strong working knowledge of Stored Procedures and Triggers, database 
 fundamentals and the use of data modeling tools (e.g. Microsoft 
 Enterprise Manager, DB, Artisan and Erwin). Plusses would be a 
 Bachelors Degree in Information Technology and a SQL Server 
 Administration Certificate. 
  
 The salary can go to $85,000 plus excellent benefits. They will only 
 consider LOCAL candidates and THEY WILL NOT SPONSOR for this position.
