 Our client located in Midtown Manhattan is looking for a Technology 
 Client Relations Specialist to be responsible for providing end user 
 support to customers that subscribe to their services and utilize 
 their delivery and implementation tools. You will also be responsible 
 for initiating and setting up new clients with services. Additionally, 
 you will be providing first tier support for clients; processing 
 customers orders, set ups and installations, etc. The technical 
 environment is a mixture of Unix and Microsoft based systems and VMS 
 legacy platforms. 
  
 You are required to have a minimum of 2 years experience working for 
 an IT or Web Services company as a Help Desk or Customer Service 
 associate; advanced web skills, web page creation in HTML; Windows NT 
 or Windows 2000; strong understanding of network protocols, 
 exceptional phone skills and strong writing skills. 
  
 The salary can go to $45,000 plus excellent benefits. They will only
