 Our client located in Midtown Manhattan is looking for a Sr. Software 
 Developer/Team Leader to be responsible for working on real-time 
 market data feeds and high performance systems. You will be 
 responsible for the full development life cycle of implementation as a 
 team leader. 
  
 You are required to have a minimum of 5 years experience programming 
 in C and C++ on a UNIX platform (Solaris is preferred) and programming 
 IPC calls in a multi-threaded environment; netowrk protocols (TCP/IP) 
 and 2+ years leading a team of at least 4 programmers. You must have 
 initiated software designs and carried them through to completion with 
 the team. You must be a self-starter who can work independently or 
 within a team and you must be able to follow set development 
 procedures and provide proper design and support documentation for 
 your projects. Experience in real-time programming and with financial 
 data feeds would be major plusses. 
  
 The salary can go to $130,000 and is bonus eligible plus excellent 
 benefits. They will only conisder LOCAL candidates and THEY WILL NOT
