 Our client located in Midtown Manhattan is looking for a Sr. C/C++ 
 Unix Developer to be responsible for designing, developing,and testing 
 large-scale software applications for their FX Product. Additional 
 duties include creating, enhancing, documenting and refactoring the FX 
 product system and will be involved in the entire software cycle: 
 requirements analysis, design, implementation, documentation, SQA and 
 maintenance. 
  
 In addition to a Bachelors Degree, you are required to have a minimum 
 of 5 years experience in the Brokerage industry (FX market knowledge 
 is STRONGLY preferred), a mastery of C/C++ language 
 implementation/compilation/optimization, knowledge of development 
 tools such as debuggers/code coverage/purify/quantify. Additionally, 
 you are required to have strong Unix, you should be an expert software 
 engineer, have solid experience developing GUIs and a command of 
 software design including OOD and experience with design patterns and 
 legacy systems. Plusses would be Database Theory and Unix 
 Scripting/Perl. 
  
 The salary can go to $150,000 plus a large bonus and excellent 
 benefits. They will only consider LOCAL candidates and THEY WILL NOT
