Apparently you are forgetting the difference in someone ACCUSED of a crime
and someone CONVICTED of a crime. Those accused have a right to humane and
decent treatment just as they would have in their own home. They are only
being detained until sufficient proof and judgment has taken place whereas
those convicted should have no rights whatsoever during their incarceration.
