 This is an utter lie. Because there's a large number of elements 
 whose main interests are to railroad as many people into the 
 incarceration industry as possible, and to turn its hostages in 
 virtual slaves of the US special interests groups and the cronies 
 of government officials. 
  
 Beside long and strong tradition of incarceration in society, 
 which is rooted in tyranny of monarchy and despotism of the 
 establishment, there are major elements of greed and sadism, 
 combined with strong egos, arrogance and ignorance of power 
 hungry people, there quite a few of them. But we'll concentrate 
 on major ones: PERPETUATION OF SLAVERY - as a cheap 
 source of labor to satisfy greed, and practice of SADISM - as 
 a mean of satisfaction to those whose interested lay beyond their
