 A good cop in the eyes of cops is one who finds ways around laws 
 to get the scumbags. One who will die before turning in a cop. 
  
 One who hunts sub-humans for enjoyment, that desires killing, 
 that lusts for someone to resist arrest, allowing him to brutalize 
 and kill if needed.
