  Tell both companies hat if it is not canceled you will contact the PUC (or 
 its 
 equivalent in your state) and you will,also dispute the bill.Billing 
 disputes 
 are a headache to phone companies as a real person has to deal with it. Be 
 sure 
 to get the name of the person at each company/
