 Duhhhhhhhh..  But since the Oslo process, they almost totally stopped.  Fuck 
 are you stupid.  Yes, at one point there was support for the settlements and 
 many were built.  Look at the dates when these were built.  Then, at one 
 point, Israel realized it was a stupid policy, realized that they could not 
 hold this area, and started to negotiate a withdrawal.  A bunch of illegal 
 settlements were built, a few existing ones expanded, but for the most part, 
 the settlements stopped.  Look at a map - yes there are settlements.  I 
 don't give a shit since at one point, most of Israel agreed to withdrawal 
 just like they did in Sinai.  Did that stop the terror?  No - during the 
 peace process there were more bombs then ever.
