 LOL  We have people coming straight up from Mexico to here and most 
 are hard working, well mannered, etc..  Our percentage of Mexican 
 population is about 40%.  The Crime rate for NON Mexican is about 60% 
 so the percentage does comply with the population as a group. 
  
 Now, we did have a heavy influx of people for California and our crime 
 rate tripled.  Gee, I wonder.
