 Cheryl Rankin and Ann Hess are responsible for the city council 
 of Boston's rules to maximize citizen input into the legislative 
 process. But as receptionist, Cheryl Rankin will be dismissive 
 with your interests and concerns. As staff director, Ann Hess 
 will deflect you from the public process. 
  
 Our city needs better people at the city council to welcome 
 and ensure your interests and concerns brought to the council 
 are effectively put into the mix. 
  
 Regrettably, we can not rely on the current so called receptionist
