   But wasn't George Bush in possession of knowledge that Tenet 
 wasn't at fault for those sixteen words?  Doesn't that mean that, 
 since Bush has now taken credit for the blunder, that he 
 knowingly said "Case Closed", as if Mr. Tenet was in fact 
 responsible?  Wouldn't Bush have known that he wasn't telling the 
 truth?
