 You got one big problem there sparky, the ban on marriage has nothing 
 what so ever to do with their behavior nor their sexual orientation, 
 after all a gay can marry a lesbian, and can have same sex with 
 everyone that moves. The ban on marriage is based solely on the 
 sexual organs one is born with, the very same as the race blacks 
 are born with. Your immutable characteristic thingy just failed, 
 just as it did with Colin Powell.
