From: qxiu@verizon.net A few days ago I bought a box of Sony DVD-R from BestBuy Store at REGO PARK, Queens, NYC. Yesterday when I opened first DVD-R case I found there was nothing inside. Then I went the store to ask exchange yesterday evening. Their manager told me that I should ask Sony. I opened the second one at the store. Still got empty case. I told this guy if I buy another box of DVD-R at the store and open to get empty ones what I can do. This guy said I still need to ask Sony not BestBuy. Today I phoned Sony. They said this is not their responibility! Then I went the store again. But this BestBuy store said they cannot do anything!!! I spent a few hours to phone BestBuy departments but I got nothing. What a fraud store it is. I will file complain to BBB. Every body should be aware of BestBuy is a fraud company. This news is keeping to post everyday untill BB learns how to treat customers like a honest company.
