I drew a blank on the name too, but it came to me: I think you mean
Churrascaria Plataforma (or just "Plataforma") in the Belvedere Hotel,
316 W. 49th St, (212)245-0505. Definitely worth a visit, although I think
it's more like $49 now. Still, a great experience for the meat-hungry!
