They're pricey, as I recall, but two of the "usual suspects" offer
nice dinners: Zabar's and Jefferson Market. In Soho you have Dean and
DeLuca, and I'm guessing they offer something, but that you'll have to take
out a second mortgage to pay for it.
You might also contact Whole Foods on 24th and Seventh. I remember
they had a prepared turkey last year. Whether they have the additional
essentials for the trad. dinner you'd have to ask them. The advantages
there are that the food is chemical preservative-free, organic, it's a nice
company, etc.
You might also contact the two Fairway stores, but there, again, I
think they only offer the turkey. However, just like Whole Foods, they sell
most of the other prepared items separately. They might not have an
all-inclusive package like Zabar's.
Sorry I couldn't be more precise. I've never done it, and friends
who did, did it a number of years ago (Zabar's).
