Truly pathetic is not accepting responsibility for your own actions.
You parked illegally; you admit to it. You got caught.

I don't park where I'm not allowed.

The driver works for a towing company, not CVS. He's given a list of
properties to patrol. That's all.

I'm responsible enough not to park in someone's lot illegally.

Here's a clue: presidents of multi-million corporations don't open
their own mail. They have staff who do it for them. This staff weeds
out the unimportant stuff, like ridiculous demands for reimbursements
for those who park illegally in some parking lot and get towed as a
result of it.

If CVS was that hungry for money, they would charge to use their
parking lots. Instead, they choose free parking for their customers.

Yes, I do. And I believe that you were irresponsible in how you
parked.

Apples and oranges. You keep reaching like this and you'll pull a
muscle. If that happens, you won't be able to go to CVS for Ben-Gay.
