Oh, poppycock! The same libraries that during the 1980s gave
away advanced textbooks to make space for videos and paperback novels?
Or that today serve largely as internet cafes? Like everything else
the grubmint does, public libraries only succeed in watering down
substance in order to create a lobby for those making the mediocre
delivery. If the libraries had higher standards they wouldn't be in
this position. Instead, they only propogate mediocrity.
