 The New York City population is at its  highest ever. 
 80% of it are unskilled, with limited education, non-English speaking 
 families. 
 Their extra large number of offsprings will further 
 contribute to 10 million plus overcrowding in this city. 
 The highways and streets are constantly jammed. 
 The ratio of working versus "disibility seekers" will 
 go in favor of the latter. 
 What will happen? 
 Real estate prices will keep rising. Eventually there will be a very big 
 ridge 
 between 
 rich and very poor. Crime will rise as the new generations grow up. 
 The quality of every service and especially of medical services will 
 be compromised as many dentists and physicians escape the medicaid 
 regions. 
 Look around you. 
 Heed the warning signs.
