 You really have to get away from Giuliani, FF. 
  
 Libraries are disappearing because hardly anyone goes to them anymore. 
 When we were growing up, students had to go to the library to research 
 homework, term papers, etc..  Today everyone does it at home. 
 Libraries are becoming obsolete, much like call boxes.  Post offices
