 Yes, another person suggeted a topical solution, etc.  Thanks to you all, 
 but I found this most effective: 
 Sandpaper with coarse aluminum-oxide/gravel sand, if you rub 25-20 times all 
 anal issues can be solved, albeit with certain sacrifices in terms of skin
