   Not being a regular in the nyc.politics group, you don't know that I 
   practice law in San Francisco (seat of the Ninth Circuit) even 
   though I live in Beaverton, a major suburb of Portland. 
  
   And I don't "do" jury cases, nor do I appear before Beaverton 
   judges.
