   As I said above:  There are judges who I respect, and there are 
   judges who I reject....   (or is it "whom", Peter?) 
  
   This applies equally well to the Ninth.  We've had cases before 
   both types, and maybe we were lucky but we prevailed in all of them 
   (or maybe we would only take cases forward which we knew we would win).
