 Phil, the shelters are more dangerous than the street....ESPECIALLY 
 when its cold. 
  
 Hey Phil! Go down to the hospital on the corner and ask to speak 
 to Social Services....get one of them to take you on a tour of your 
 local shelters....oh, don't forget to bring your "Lucky Locket" with 
 you....the one you carry around with the picture of Ghoulee inside
