  FACT: Our 12 year air campaign was so effective that Saddam 
 was reduced to making hydrogen for his artillery ballons in 
 mobile trailers, which as Bill Shatzer has pointed out, 
 isn't the best way to go. 
  
   So, let's see...  Saddam is using mobile trailers to mfg 
 hydrogen for his artillery balloons and WHAT?  The CIA 
 doesn't know this?  Isn't there any kind of follow up as in 
 "target assessment" done after strikes are completed? 
  
   I mean, if you've reduced the enemy to that level, it 
 certainly has to means something about what his capabilities 
 are.  I hardly think that he'd have been producing wmd's if 
 he couldn't even produce hydrogen gas in a fixed facility 
 because of the constant bombardments.  How could that fact 
 have escaped fearless leader and crew?
