 I who live in NYC all my life, look back on the protests from UFP, A31, 
 Ect...and say "what the hell has all these protesters achieved? 
  
 I was in the city on Sunday & Wednesday and seen these left groups have 
 mostly people trying to be apart of something that gives them some substance 
 I guess? 
  
 "Down With Bush" &  "No Blood For Oil" was being chanted here and there at 
 some of the "rallies"...but really in conversation with some protesters who 
 mostly were from outside the state and ranging from kids to young adults 
 (18-25) really there was NO options or real answers to change policy..None 
 of the 50 to 70 people I spoke to endorsed Kerry, Nader or Anyone...or had 
 ANY REAL Idea on a solution...only there haltered with Bush and the War.. 
  
 How could this be.. 
  
 Just going to be apart of a Action or Protest does not hold up anymore, if 
 for the most part the kiddies in the "Movement" (as one called it on wed 
 from UFP) have really no clue on the world except going to college and 
 saying there part of a group... 
  
 Well I hope that NYU and other colleges in the area are schooling kids 
 better that this, at $20,000+  for a education there should be a better 
 answer than "Anyone is better than Bush" or "we don't support any party".... 
  
 Here's a Idea...The Leadership of all these groups hold a weekend seminar on 
 a farm or anyplace that holds big numbers, and clearly state a solution and 
 make that the groups policy.
