 Well, I certainly see why so many take a dim view of Usenet and those that 
 participate in it. 
  
 Every one of the responses to my post had a hostile tone to it - insults, 
 disrespect, and calling me a liar with no evidence to back it up. 
  
 Phil:  ease up on the homebrew before telling people they are "delivering a 
 lot of bullshit." You have no rational reason to claim this. 
  
 Long Gone:  thank you for the suggestion, but have you ever tried to FIND 
 the postmaster or manager of your post office? I have complained now and 
 then over the years, but the results are discouraging. At best there is only 
 a small and temporary improvement in service. I don't think all post offices 
 are as problematic as mine is, but I am skeptical that the great majority of 
 postal customers are happy with the service, especially if they ship parcels 
 on a regular basis. So please cite the figures proving otherwise, or as you 
 told me to do, "STFU."
