 Howard:  ease up on the painfully obvious insults.  I have rational 
 reason to claim this; I use the post office and I've never had the 
 problems you claim. 
  
 As I've said earlier, I've never had to wait as long as you claim you 
 have and I have had problems with UPS and Fedex which are worse than 
 what you claim.
