You are entitled to your opinions. Whether they are based on perception or
reality is a matter of opinion as well. While you are obviously
dissatisfied the majority of consumers are not. The Postal Service has a
high customer service satisfaction rating. Independent surveys support
accurate and prompt delivery across the nation. Instead of carping about
your experiences I would suggest you have meaningful dialogue with your
local postmaster. Make your concerns known and present rational and
reasonable argument for your position. Otherwise, STFU!
