 CHASE USA financial services co. is making routine telemarketing calls to 
 people on the New York State DO NOT CALL list that forbids such calls to 
 those listed. 
  
 They'll remove you from the list within 30 days (or so they say), but it is 
 ILLEGAL to make such calls in the first place. But when did these 
 billion-dollar corpserations ever obey the law when they thought they could 
 profit by doing otherwise?
