 I found over 10 Level 3 Sexual Offenders in just in my zip code. 
  
 All except, one, are residing in the Bellevue Men's Shelter. 
  
 Level 3 designation given to the worst offender. 
  
 I found one living in my building, but on a different floor. 
  
 I can't understand why New York State would allow 
 such a concentration of Level 3 sex offenders to be 
 concentrated in one area, unless this is typical, I don't know. 
  
 The site has photos of the offenders, as well as the type of force used, 
 the age of the victims, how long they will be on parole, what their 
 restrictions are and if they have repeated this behaviour, if they offended 
 more than once.
