 Yes, and despite all the bullshit about "quality of life" improvements, and 
 the various freedom-supppressing police-state tactics they are used to 
 rationalize, REAL quality of life is being destroyed for the sake of city 
 revenue. Legal parking is harder than ever, and more costly, with the meters 
 in effect on Sundays.
