 Yawn, you are getting boring.  You avoid the question, and repeat the same 
 thing over and over.  He was not convicted because he broke no laws.  If 
 anything, the ex mayor broke the law by asking others to arrest him when 
 he knew no law was broken.  I don't know why you are trying to defend the 
 ex mayor when he did so many stupid, and illegal, things.  He was a 
 hipocrite 
 too.
