 Nothing yet. Follow the trail of his record number of citations for 
 violating 
 the Freedom of Information Act, the record number of  arrests voided as 
 illegal, the number of bodies left behind by the NYPD, his secrecy in 
 general, 
 and his "warehousing" of all his records, and you have enough to start 
 an investigation. After all, if he is as "clean" as you believe, why is he 
 doing his very best to keep everything about him under KGB-style 
 security? What does he have to hide?
