What country do you come from? Why would you think
otherwise? You seem to think that simply because a
policeman alleges that he witnessed a crime, that's it?
It's a conviction? No wonder you're such a staunch
supporter of Giuliani, you have no concept of how American
law works or why it is arranged that way!
Now we know, Giuliani supporter are terribly ignorant and
unable to comprehend, or even willing inform themselves of
what the American system of justice requires and why.
Meanwhile, any person whose read a little history would
know that to make the police, judge, jury and executioner,
would hardly yield the right to claim that the country is
free. That is the exact description of a police state! And
that is precisely what your posts always imply that you
believe is the correct way to administer matters at law.
Why not do us all a favor and better inform yourself
before you attempt to argue things about which you clearly
know nothing? Do a google on Arrest, Trial, Criminal
Charges, Guilt, Innocense and try to figure it out. There
is a distinct possibility that using those search terms
you'll come upon a few websites that will help you
understand why we do things the way we do in America.
