   Stupid attempt to justify something that happened a while 
 ago, before 9-11 under another administration, with 
 something that may be happening now, after 9-11.  Or did you 
 not note that "Homeland Security" is something that came 
 about because of 9-11?  While the stop and frisks we're 
 discussing here happened for no other reason than that then 
 Mayor Ghouliani needed to firm up his Manhattan Institute 
 credentials.
