   I guess you're not a law abiding black citizen then, 
 regardless of your claims, law abiding blacks feel 
 threatened and abused by random police searches, nor do they 
 see it doing a whole lot of good since the crooks know 
 what's going on and take evasive measures.  I guess that 
 helps explain why the arrest ratio was so low.
