 Idiot!  Every one of Reagan's budgets was CUT by the Democratic Congress. 
 And as I document elsewhere, in inflation normalized dollars, we are now 
 facing the largest deficits ever.  And you can't blame this one on the 
 Democrats.  They control the government, bunko.
