   All too easy...  He is supporting an Un american position! 
 We have a separate judiciary to avoid too much concentration of 
 power, among other things.  Under the view of matters in his 
 advocacy, the enforcers of laws would also become their 
 interpreters.  What could be a more Unconstitutional and Un
