 George H.W. Bush coined the phrase "New World Order."  He was U.S. 
 representative to the UN, and formed a UN coalition against the invasion of 
 Kuwait.  H.W. Bush has always been a vociferous supporter of the UN and its 
 mission.  George H.W. Bush, and his now President son, are also big 
 supporters of public education.  The current President Bush has asked for 
 increases in education spending every year.  So who's really behind this 
 "socialist new world order" and a "public school education?"  Is it 
 "liberals," or people like the Bushs.  Or would you call the Bush family 
 "liberal?"
