Some ideas:
1- If you have a specific geographic area where you are interested in,
look for all information available from that particular area:
government, professional associations, immigrant groups, etc.
2- If you haven't decided where you would like to go, then look from
information from professional associations. May be government
employment statistics might be something else to look, but I doubt
that they reflect the reality you would find.
My advice would be to get much information as possible, and then go
to where there are people you know and can trust, otherwise you might
find yourself cleaning washrooms with your diploma stored in a
suitcase.
