 Who carry no binaries. I would venture a guess that there is no such 
 thing as a server that is good (meaning reliable) *and* free *and* 
 which caries binaries. People looking for such things tend to hang out 
 in alt.free.newsservers, where the prevailing tone is one of chronic 
 dissatisfation.
