 is there an explanatory reason given with the returned message? 
  
 If this is something to do with a Google "group", perhaps you should look 
 for whatever help or support is offered by Google.  This is a usenet 
 newsgroup and as such has nothing to do with Google (although they provide 
 a 'portal' into it, for reasons of their own).
