 Don't try to connect your human powered generator to the mains wiring. 
 That could be very dangerous, and the amount of power a human can generate 
 won't be enough to be useful by that method anyway. 
  
 You could perhaps generate enough power to charge up a mobile phone or a 
 laptop, or a set ot batteries for other small appliances.  Bicycle and car 
 dynamos and alternators are readily available which could be used in such 
 a device.
