 And adding to that... not all groups have FAQ files. 
  
 If you are planning on presenting them for reprint, you need to be 
 aware that they update with frequency. 
  
 Unfortunately, I have found that not all registered FAQ files are also 
 archived at rtfm.mit.edu.  Similarly, not all registered FAQs are 
 necessarily posted to news.answers. 
  
 Any attempt at unification will be a cumbersome task.
